Caroline is the founder and Salon Director of Avenue Boutique, bringing over 25 years of expertise, innovation and care to everything she does. Known for her intuitive approach, she helps clients discover a hairstyle that not only suits them beautifully but truly reflects who they are.
Her passion lies in helping people reconnect with their identity through hair, creating looks that feel aligned with their personality and essence. Her warm, empowering presence makes every client feel welcome, seen and supported.
As a multi award winning salon leader, Caroline is dedicated to ensuring her team stays at the forefront of the industry. She blends technical excellence with deep emotional intelligence, whether she’s working one to one with clients, mentoring her stylists, or developing new services that elevate the client experience.

Emma is one of our Advanced Creative Stylists, bringing over 8 years of experience and a true passion for personalised colour, styling and transformation. Known for her calm confidence and creative eye, Emma makes every appointment feel relaxed, enjoyable and results-focused.
She’s especially loved for her expertise in balayage and highlighting, creating seamless, radiant colour that enhances your natural beauty. Emma also offers smoothing treatments that add shine and manageability, making hair easier to style day to day.

We’re proud to introduce Lily, our rising star and the newest member of the Avenue Boutique team.
Recently qualified with both her Level 2 and Level 3 in Hairdressing, Lily steps into her role as a Junior Stylist with a solid foundation in cutting and colouring, and a thoughtful, intentional approach to her work.
What makes Lily stand out is her calm, caring presence and her attention to detail. She takes time to truly listen, ensuring every look she creates feels aligned with who you are and how you want to feel.
